The Fairview church of Christ has been involved in the Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes program for many years now.

This program is a tool churches of Christ can use to help prepare their youth for service in the Kingdom of God and help develop their overall leadership potential.

The Lads to Leaders program is for people from Kindergarten to College Age. There are many different things to get involved with in this program. Bible Reading, Song Leading, Speech, Art, Debate, Bible Bowl, Scripture memorization, and many others. Young people practice and study all year long to go the Lads to Leaders Convention at the Opry Land Hotel in Nashville, TN.

While there is an element of friendly competition, we try to focus more on, and promote the individual growth and skills developed by our youth. We also try to present them with opportunities to use these new skills both in the Kingdom of God as well as in the world in which they find themselves in.
