Everyone wears hats.
Old, new, funny or sad.
It doesn't matter what kind.
We all still wear hats.
"I do not have one,"
You politely might say.
Well come on in!
We'll find you a stray.
The prettiest? The funniest?
We'll have so much fun!
Seeing who all will win
When the voting is done.
With tea in our cups
And cookies in plates
We'll ponder preparing
For the Bright, pearly gates.
